SMAKU rFactor: News

Historic GT & Touring cars.

I have found this lovely mod and the next few weeks I would like to populate the server with it.

I know some people may own it. Some people may not but its gonna ask you for a GT Legends disk. I understand if you dont have it thus I have provided a Mini Image of it. But I do legaly own a cd key to this game if you wish to have a key for free visit this site. http://www.computerbild.de/gutscheinaktionen/cbs-gt-legends-seriennummer-4559945.html
You will need to mount the image with daemons tools. If you need help with this find me on ventrilo.

I will soon come up with some tracks with testing and see which cars outa the mod we can make a fun race to go with, Please give feedback if you like the mod or not or if you have ideas of tracks to run etc.

Using the VLN 2005 layout proved to be very fun.

INDY 500

Ok guys we are going to put together a full length Indy 500 with proper qualifying.

We will run the IZOD Indycar 2010 series if the patch to fix the Indy configuration is released and we can get it tested before May 15 that is what we will run. If not we will run the CARTFactor 1.0 as it has the best Indy physics at the moment.

There will be prizes to be determined and announced before official testing starts on May 15.

The practice sessions will take place from May 24 - 28 with pole qualifying being Friday night time TBD. If more than 20 drivers register we will have a bump day Saturday morning.

Race starting mid-day Saturday, full 500 miles all flags, normal wear and fuel mileage damage TBD above 75% normal time/mechanical scale. More information to come any help will be appreciated.

I am proud to announce the first race in the new season has been scheduled. It will be May 22nd running the Megane v6 mod at Motreal. The Race stars at 2PM Central Standard Time. You should look at Hostile Contact for hosting an rF server, they can tailor packages to suit all budgets. I know, have been a very satisfied customer for a fair while.

I know there are plans along those lines by Hostile Contact but I think there were some issues with the html interface and the Race series. I am sure once it's possible we will be able to get a server set up no problems.
